HEAD COORDINATORS

They are the protagonists of the Association and responsible for every aspect of the organizational arrangements: the two Head Coordinators have a solid role that extends within each team. Emma and Michele have taken up the legacy of the first generations and the challenge of a new year in which the focus is on a return to live events. To narrate and comment together on an ever-changing world like that of international politics, so fast-paced and full of doubts and uncertainties, they rely on the Board of Directors and the teams, creating a valuable network of events, conferences, workshops, and publications while waiting for the most awaited moment: the Hikma Summit of International Relations 2023.

SPEAKERS TEAM

The Speakers Team has various tasks, ranging from organising webinars to planning dissemination content and other activities. In addition to organising the structure and topics of the Hikma Summit of International Relations, the team also handled relations with important guests taking part in our initiatives. Internally, passion, determination, friendliness and precision are indispensable characteristics that qualify team members, making the entire team a combination of determination and ideas.

WORKSHOP TEAM

The workshop team creates workshops on a monthly basis, as well as planning the HSIR workshops in their totality. Hikma's workshops are therefore not limited to expanding the participants' knowledge, but aim to apply the "learning by doing" method. By working together with institutions, associations and experts in the field, they aim to offer participants opportunities to exchange views and form new ideas for the future.

The communication team takes care of the Association's image, carefully managing and constantly updating Hikma's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube pages. As well as being responsible for publicising the events organised by Hikma, the communication team tries to inform all those interested in international politics about not only the most topical issues but also those that are less talked about.

PRESS OFFICE

The Association's Press Office takes care of Hikma's blog, "The Hikma's Post". The articles published in the newspaper deal with issues related to the initiatives organised by the Association as well as other topics ranging from International Relations to Geopolitics, from Sociology to the Environment, from International Politics to Humanitarian issues, as well as interviews with guests invited by Hikma.  Lastly, the Press Office manages the website, the newsletter and the Hikma's podcast "HikLine", building the association's image together with the communication team.

OPERATIONS TEAM

The operations team makes our events possible by taking care of the most technical part of everything related to the logistical organization of all the association's events. The choice and management of this delicate section of our operations is therefore entirely their responsibility. Logistics is also an important part of the team, and they are primarily responsible for all operations related to sponsorships and relationships with organizations. Lastly, one of the most important activities, finding and maintaining relationships with our sponsors.
