Hikma decided to address  the Afghan issue from multiple perspectives. We have selected experts  in the field such as national professors and diplomats. We want to look  at Afghanistan from both an internal and external perspective; its  relations with the international sphere and with the Afghan people  themselves. In such a dynamic and complex issue, we want to try to shed  light on as many aspects as possible.
